Mini-workshop 03: Engaging Millennials
Are Millennials really that different? According to Gallup’s Chairman and CEO, Jim Clifton, the answer is yes – profoundly so. Born between the early 1980’s and 2000’s, Millennials have grown up in a time of rapid change, giving them a set of priorities and expectations sharply different from previous generations.
By 2020, Millennials’ will form 50% of the global workforce. Considering this, it is alarming that 71% of this group are either not engaged (55%) or completely disengaged (16%) at work.
Our June Mini-workshops offers HR, OD and Leaders the chance to explore & get to grips with the latest research on as well as the practical skills and tools to engage Millennial talent:
- Who they are
- How much of the workforce they represent (current and future)
- How they look at and what they want from life
- Current engagement levels among Millennials
- The key role that HR, OD and leaders play in creating an environment that will not only attract and retain but engage and inspire them to contribute fully.
