EmpowHer – a novel, holistic approach to accelerated women’s development

EmpowHer, accelerated development for women

“To ensure a sustainable pipeline of exceptional female leaders, companies need to be innovative in developing programs that provide opportunities for growth and  advancement, while also intentionally seeking out and encouraging these high-performing women to participate in these programs.”

John Veihmeyer Chairman, KPMG International

EmpowHer is a powerful blended learning journey for high potential women on the Leading Self and Leading Others levels who have not had the opportunity to pursue a professional career.

The programme:

  • equips women with the mindset, skillset and toolset to take those very important first steps in their leadership journeys and sets them up to progress in line with their potential
  • actively involves leaders of the women participating, strengthening their ability to create a supportive environment where these women are valued and given the growth opportunities to accelerate their career progress, and
  • identifies female role models within their organisations and encourages and equips them to ‘lift others as they rise’.

EmpowHer is significant and a culmination of 27 years’ experience that has touched the lives of over 103 000 people in 1 370 organisations in 34 countries.
