FTG Namibia presents a series of SHAPE Mini-workshops

Attended by delegates from a large range of organisations in the private and public sectors, this hands-on, interactive workshop gave leaders the opportunity to explore their role in shaping a culture that drives employee engagement.

Presented by Geraldine Leibbrandt, Director of Free To Grow, these sessions engaged leaders in identifying practices or barriers that undermine high performance and a thriving workplace.

Both sessions, held in Windhoek and Walvis Bay, were a roaring success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback. Congratulations to the team who organised and delivered such a high-quality experience.

Wishing our┬áCountry Associates, Doufi Namalambo, Helene Scholtz and Danie Botha, all the best as they continue to engage Namibia’s leaders on the hot topic of Culture and Engagement.

The Free To Grow Team ready for the activities of the day.

Discussions in Windhoek kick off with delegates sharing a high point in their work lives.

Highly energised group of leaders in Walvis Bay getting serious about engagement.
